I created this piece as semi abstract still life with strong pattern and colour, depicting the beautiful oriental vases, ginger jars and my favourite pink peonies picked from my garden. The soft colours and dark colours give a depth of field and intrique to the composition. The fruits, florals and butterfly are a nod to mother nature.
